Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi -N-Tichka – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley / Gorge
We will pick you up from the hotel / riad and start the trip from Marrakech to the Dades Gorge. We will pass the Tizi-n-Tichka port in the Atlas, with stunning views of the mountains, to Telouet a traditional Berber village of the High Atlas and we will continue towards Ait Benhaddou to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ait Benhaddou, a spectacular fortified village (Ksour) We will take lunch in Ait benhaddou or Ouarzazate then we will continue to the Dades Valley,you will send your night in the riad / hotel in the Dades Gorge.
Day 2: Dades Gorge – Tenghir – Todra Gorge – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga
After taking a delicious breakfast, we will go from Dades to Todra Gorge, Tenghir and the Sahara Desert in Merzouga, Berber villages along the way. We will pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud where you will begin to notice the air of the Sahara oasis in Tafilalet and we will continue to Merzouga, finally you will spend an amawing night in a riad / Hotel near the dunes.
Day 3: Erg Chebbi Desert Route 4 × 4 – Merzouga – Camel Rides and Desert Night
After breakfast at the hotel / riad, there are several options to choose from:
You can explore the neighboring towns of Merzouga like Hassi Labied, Khamlia where you can hear Mali’s black musicians.
You can also enjoy a 4 × 4 ride through the dunes of Erg Chebbi and see the nomads living in tents in the desert, with having lunch with the nomads – Berber pizza. In the afternoon you will take a camel ride to see the sunset over the dunes and spend a night camping in the desert. you will have a traditional tajin, have delicious mint tea, listen to an amusing Berber music while resting under the stars and watch the moon rise over the enchanting Sahara Desert.
Day 4: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate
We will have an early morning departure in 4 × 4 by Rissani (cradle of the Alaouite dynasty) and the immense mountain of Bougafer. You will have lunch in N’Kob (first town on the way). you will enjoy the best of the Draa Valley river in an afternoon excursion on the road of the thousand Kasbahs. Our arrival in Ouarzazate will be at sunset. You will have a wonderful dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 5: Ouarzazate – Berber Villages – Return to Marrakech By Tizi-N-Tichka
Leaving Ouarzazate in the morning, we will visit the majestic mountains of the High Atlas and we will cross the High Atlas in the highest port of Morocco – Tizni Tichka at 2260m high, offering breath-taking views of the valleys, mountains and Berber villages. And finally, we will arrive in Marrakech at sunset.
